Making changes to your lifestyle can help control and manage your health condition. It is possible! It isn’t always easy, but lasting change can be much easier if you have support. Our 12-week programmes, designed specifically for people with specific conditions, will offer you access to a trained coach and personalised advice and tips to keep you on track.

We know it can be hard to make changes to how you live, but with Added Health, you’ll have the support you need to take control of your health and succeed.


What is Added Health?

Added Health is a digital health coaching app led by doctors, delivered by real coaches, and designed to help people be healthier and make sustainable behaviour changes. All our advice is evidence-based and tailored to each user’s age, lifestyle and individual circumstances. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, so we are trusted by doctors nationwide.

We work with individuals, businesses and NHS patients with specific conditions.

Our method

For 12 weeks, you will be guided towards healthier habits with the help of Added Health coaches. We will look at you across all five pillars of your health: nutrition, exercise, sleep, mental wellbeing and relationships, and will tailor your coaching to work for you. The free, 12-week programmes include:

  • A detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire for you to fill in so that our doctors and coaches can personalise the right support for you
  • A live video call with a trained coach to discuss your answers and decide on your next steps
  • An easy-to-use web-based app, and a choice of text or email notifications
  • Unlimited texts with coaches, recipes, articles, tips, videos and advice, all based on the latest science
