Through the app, we help you identify the changes you need to make in your lifestyle to improve your mind and body. Our personalised plan includes tools and ongoing support to make those shifts happen. As an Added Health member, you’ll have access to our coaches via text, email or through the app for advice, information, and encouragement. The Added Health Gut Reset™ is a medically led 12-week programme that includes a metabolic and microbiome reset and is specifically designed to kickstart a shift to better long-term eating habits.

Clients have reported wide-ranging health benefits: significant weight loss, better sleep, more energy, and even coming off long-term pills for chronic conditions. The Reset is included in the monthly price and can be repeated any time (or as a shorter Mini Gut Reset). It’s a great way to start with Added Health because it makes you feel revitalised and sets up many good habits that we can help you sustain. We’ve seen repeatedly that having personalised advice, information and a long-term relationship with a supportive coach works to change people’s lifestyle habits for good.

You will receive an introductory email from Added health to login to the Added Health app. Once logged in, you’ll be asked to fill in a detailed questionnaire on your health and lifestyle. This will be analysed by one of our team of doctors who will make recommendations to our coaches, which they will then discuss with you on an initial onboarding video call to welcome you to Added Health and discuss your health goals.

When you receive an email from Added Health, click on the green underlined text in that email.

This will direct you to the Added Health app on your web browser. Here, you need to enter your  cell phone number and a code will be sent to the mobile phone number you entered. You also have the option for the code to be sent to you via email. Once you receive the code, enter it and you’ll be directed to Added Health’s app.

You will have daily access to talk to one of our coaches through the Added Health app. On the Silver Subscription you get 2 video calls per year and with the Gold Subscription you get 12 video calls with one of our coaches per year.

Your coach will reach out to you to set up a video call or you can message via text, email or through the Added Health app to arrange a video call with your coach.
