Because we knew he never complains
A 55-year-old man reported abdominal pain. The record held something no test could: he is stoical, and rarely complains. That context reframed the symptom. We told him to go immediately and stayed with him. Placed on a four-hour queue for a CT, we intervened again and he was scanned within fifteen minutes. A likely perforated appendix, emergency surgery, full recovery.

A 49-year-old woman, two weeks into investigation for generalised weakness, was en route to a neurologist. We drilled into what she was actually taking. Zinc overdose. Full recovery in weeks, and no further follow-up needed.

A 46-year-old woman with hypothyroidism could not lose weight, and her GP had raised her thyroxine to no effect. The story showed stress and poor sleep, and morning cortisol was high. Sleep and stress work: two dress sizes in three months.

Most healthtech companies, longevity doctors and even doctors’ surgeries include these. We do not.
More data is not more health. If a test cannot change what we do for you, we will not sell it to you.

Questions people ask us first.
Does this replace my NHS GP?
It does not have to. Many members keep their NHS registration and use us as their primary relationship for continuity, access and coordination. We will work alongside whatever you already have, and we will tell you plainly when the NHS route is the better one.
What does access on demand actually mean?
It means we do not meter your messages or count your appointments, and it means the person who answers already knows you. Fair use exists so that one member's needs never crowd out another's, and we will always tell you directly if your usage suggests a different tier or a different kind of support would serve you better.
Can I add my family?
Yes. Comprehensive members can nominate one family member aged 18 or over for a Foundation membership at 25% off. For wider household arrangements, raise it in your first conversation and we will price it properly rather than guess.
Who sees my data and who owns it?
You own it. Your record is yours, portable, and you can take it with you if you leave. It is seen by your care team and, where a case is reviewed, by named clinicians on our advisory board. It is never sold, and it is never shared with an insurer or an employer without your explicit instruction.
What is the NARIQ™ app, and does a machine make decisions about me?
No. NARIQ™ is our Narrative Intelligence app. It accompanies you, hears your story, and connects it with peer-reviewed research, constrained to sources such as PubMed and SNOMED. It surfaces patterns across years that a short appointment would miss. Every insight is reviewed by an MD PhD or GP before it reaches a conversation. It supports the decision. It never makes it.
What if I want to leave?
Thirty days' notice, no exit fee, and your record leaves with you. There is no joining fee either. We would rather you stay because the care is worth it than because leaving is difficult.
Where are you, and do I have to come to you?
We are a CQC-accredited clinic serving London and Oxford, and the point is largely that you do not travel. Consultations happen wherever you are, and your in-person visits happen at your home or workplace, at a time that suits you.
