After an initial assessment, each employee will work with our expert coaches to set goals and shift behaviours.

Via the Added Health app, we ask all individuals about their medical history and lifestyle including questions across the five pillars of their health: nutrition, exercise, sleep, mental well-being and relationships. Their results are then analysed by a doctor who then briefs the coach before their onboarding video call.
Once employees have filled in their answers to our health and lifestyle questionnaire, their results are analysed by a doctor, who will then brief the coaching team before they have your onboarding video call. This ensures that we are aware of any health considerations before they start. Our doctors have also spotted unrecognised issues with clients during this process.
Employees will be led through setting their initial goals by one of Added Health’s expert coaches, trained in Motivational Interviewing to help them create lasting habit change.
Once employees have had their call, they can contact the coaching team anytime via the Added Health chat function on the app. Their coach will support them in whatever area of their health they wish to improve, and all communication will be logged in their feed along with all content their coach shares with them.
All the content employees’ coaches share with them on their content feed is also stored in their library on the Added Health app for easy access. This includes selected workouts, recipes, evidence-based articles, videos, and tips.
